Our residential containers are great for home clean outs, furniture removal, home renovation, additions or any other cleanup project you may have. Whether you have a small garage cleanout or a large home renovation project, we have the size you need. A smaller cleanout may only need a 20 or 25-yard container. However, you may need a 30, 40 or even 45-yard container depending on the size of your project. Our experienced team will help you determine the correct size container you need.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You will be charged upon delivery of the dumpster. This is a flat fee; please see details below for additional charges. Invoiced billing is available after credit application approval. Please call for pricing outside of the KC metro area.
Notice Avoid Additional Charges:
- $10 per day fee for additional days beyond the rental period
- $50 fee will be accessed per ton overage
- Do not let materials stick out above the top of the dumpster
- Do not put the prohibited materials listed below in the dumpster:
Aerosol cans, All liquids, Animals, Antifreeze, Appliances, Asbestos, Barrels, Batteries, Chemical products, Computers, Contaminated oils (mixed with solvents, gasoline, etc.), Scrap Tires, Dirt, Fluorescent tubes, Food Waste, Hazardous waste, Herbicides & pesticides, Industrial waste, Lubricating/ hydraulic oil, Medical waste, Microwaves, Motor oil, Gasoline, Freon, Oil filters, Other flammable liquids, Paint (except completely dried latex paint cans, no liquids), Petroleum-contaminated soil/lead paint chips, Asbestos or PCB’s, Propane tanks, Radioactive material, Railroad ties, Solvents, Televisions, Tires and Transmission oil.
If you want to fill the dumpster with brush, it must be clean brush; nothing else can go in the dumpster with it.
The Missouri Department of Transportation requires that all containers be LEVEL FULL for any transport and within Missouri State Law Weight requirements (8-ton max).
